Huafeng has the unparallel R&D capability especially on benchtop tools in the industry. Huafeng supplies some top international tool brands as Original Equipment Manufacturer and Original Design Manufacturer. Its capability of R&D is well accredited by its international clients.
Huafeng’s plants, management and products comply with the most strict international standards on quality, compatibility, environment, and social responsibility including ISO 14001:2005, ISO9001:2008, BSCI, RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC, UL, ETL, CE, GS, CB, IEC 55014, IEC 61000, and EN62841.
Huafeng’s plants are equipped with advanced machinery including 50 four-axis CNC centers and fully automatic assembly lines. In order to ensure high quality and consistency, we reserve a few production lines for OEM and ODM clients only.
The total productivity of our two plants could reach 8 to 1o million power tools a year. One more new plant is under construction in Vietnam.
Huafeng’s parts and materials suppliers are well selected in the domestic and international market. All incoming materials and parts are regularly inspected in line with internal quality standard.
In order to ensure high quality and product consistency, some important parts and tools are manufactured in Huafeng’s plants including armatures, stators, gears, cases, moulds, clapms, milling, and taping.
Being the first one in China developing and manufacturing AC and DC benchtop tools, Huafeng’s 40 years long experience on large-scare production enables us to meet our clients’ most challenging needs on technology and market.
The table saws and miter saws we are supplying to ADEO are ranked as top 5 satisfaction products.
Huafeng’s QC team adopts the most strict standard in the industry from incoming parts to processing, assembling, packing, until shipping. Each stage is strictly inspected to ensure the highest quality standard and customer satisfaction. Every year 300,000m of wood is cut in our lab for quality inspection and product development.
