About

Every house causes costs in operation. These must be distributed correctly to the tenants according to strict rules. Electric charging stations, batteries, heat pumps, solar energy systems, combined heat and power systens, power-to-gas, wind power, energy-saving contracting or even hydrogen storage systems add to the complexity. Imagine a platform on which anyone can easily and correctly account for and manage these energy issues. Tenants who are automatically shown where and how they can save energy and thus also costs. Imagine how hundreds of smart home or smart meter manufacturers are happy to have a billing platform to which they can send their data for billing. And in the end, this costs only a fraction of the usual solutions on the market! "zevvy, the energy platform for multi-party properties in Europe." *The EVG-Zentrum developped various solutions such as consultance, smart-metering systems, monitoring and visualization apps of energy consumption and SaaS. The company currently operates under the brand "zevvy" and is subject of legal form change into zevvy AG by the beginning of 2021.
