URBAN CUISINE is developing a connected indoor vegetable garden that allows all city dwellers to grow up to 3 kilos of fruit, vegetables and herbs directly at home every month.
Our ambition is to transform the consumption of fresh produce in cities thanks to connected vegetable gardens that save 90% of water compared to traditional agriculture, eliminate pesticides, reduce transport and packaging while allowing perfect traceability, from the seed to consumption in the kitchen!
