About

UHCS Constructions SA develops a modular construction system composed of extruded profiles made of post-consumer PET plastic waste, that assemble as in a Lego game, to form structural pillars, beams, walls and ceilings. This construction system is based on a cubic structure and is modular by design, meaning it can be adapted to local architectural traditions, up to two or three floors according to early conservative estimations. Manufactured using a scalable industrial extrusion protocol, the UHCS system is made to be produced in various parts of the world, upcycling local plastic waste and thus creating local circular economies.
