We have developed an energy efficiency software based on artificial intelligence for non-residential buildings that connects the internal data with external variables to create its digital twin and makes an accurate prediction of its energy need, for an autonomous and optimized operation of HVAC machines (heating, ventilation, air conditioning). This allows energy savings and a reduction in CO2 emissions of up to 30% for that system.
Our technology also comes with a predictive maintenance solution. Since it is based on self-learning neural algorithms, we can detect small failures in the machine before they become a more serious issue. The best part of our solution is that no device installation is needed. We can connect to the BMS (or SCADA system) of any building and from there, extrapolate the necessary data to run our program.
