A holistic approach to a more sustainable maritime shipping future: clean, silent, reliable, and efficient.

The subject of this research is a new maritime transportation system, that handle either ISO containers and bulk cargo, but is more efficient than current legacy, bulk oil burning vessels. Those are not conventional electric ships, but a new, more sustainable concept: with no emissions, no ballast, no leaks, and no oil. This vessel concept is silent and causes no harm to marine wildlife. The propulsion system is currently in use on some military vessels, but this concept applies a new implementation of the current technology. This research proposes this new class of ships, a new terminal port architecture for both intercontinental and regional shipping, and several solutions that integrate this more sustainable, carbon free, pollution free shipping future.

Integrated shipping infrastructure for autonomous operation of shipping vessels and autonomous terminal operation.

This research propose two new class of ships, a new terminal port architecture, and several solutions that integrate this more sustainable, carbon free shipping future. The subject of this research is a new maritime transportation system, that handle either ISO containers and bulk cargo, but is more efficient than current legacy, bulk oil burning vessels. I'm a self-funded researcher and inventor, work on a sustainable advancement that accomplished an important breakthrough, and this project have a considerable clean tech disruption potential. Before any funding or grants, this research need legal and structural support, for example, IP protection, that could be provided by means of venture capital. This concept new class of vessels uses several advancements in fluid dynamics, electronics and materials technology, and operates on an entirely different way. They are more efficient, and open broad possibilities for automation of both cruise and terminal operation. I'm requesting an opportunity to present this research and respective inventions under a non-disclosure agreement and intellectual property rights guarantees. > Transoceanic shipping vessel: High resilient, electric, fully autonomous, high performance and efficiency shipping for ISO containers and bulk cargo. > Regional shipping vessel: Modular and fully autonomous shipping for ISO containers and bulk cargo. > Transoceanic shipping port terminal: High resiliency for sea-level rise, severe weather storms and tsunamis. The Intercontinental terminal is completelly self-contained in its energy requirements, offers fast and fully autonomous operations of cargo loading, unloading and storage. > Regional shipping port terminal: Fast implementation of shipping terminals using modular infrastructure. High resiliency for sea-level rise.
