Seed Supplier Portfolio Development and Database Management

Your mission will be to support the development and optimization of our seed supplier portfolio, with a focus on hydroponics agriculture. This internship will provide hands-on experience in supplier management, seed performance testing, and database creation, offering a unique chance to work in an innovative and fast-growing company. Key Responsabilities: - Research and identify potential new seed suppliers specializing in hydroponic farming. - Enrich and optimize our current supplier database by collecting and analyzing key data (varieties offered, supplier capabilities, delivery times, costs, etc.). - Assist in seed performance testing and classification to evaluate the best varieties for our different systems. - Develop supplier relationships by establishing contact, obtaining seed samples, and coordinating trials of new varieties. - Collaborate with our R&D team to ensure the database reflects our operational needs and future goals. Candidate Profile: - Pursuing a degree in agricultural engineering, a specialization in trade, purchasing management, or a related field would be preferable. - Strong research and data management skills. - Excellent communication skills in English and organizational abilities. Interest in sustainable agriculture and hydroponics is a plus. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
