Solaris Offgrid is a UK registered company which started its activities in 2014 to develop solutions for the world's unbanked to access credit towards essential and cleantech/solar energy products. Its flagship product is a B2B SaaS called PaygOps - fintech/IoT software which connects energy/utility appliances (solar home systems, water-pumps, cookstoves, smart meters, e- bikes), payment methods (mobile money) to a central CRM and ERP which allows the smooth management of paygo (pay-as-you-go) lease financing and field operations - while providing key financial data and metrics to investors into this market. Solaris Offgrid expands through commercial partnerships with local and settled distributors providing them software technology they need to scale their operations and run them sustainably, with the aim of positively impacting millions of people at the Bottom of the Pyramid. Solaris Offgrid paygo solutions have been shared and exported in more than 20 developing countries to date, among which: Sénégal, Benin, Burkina Faso, Sierra Leone, Nigeria, Cameroon, Mali, DRC, Uganda, Rwanda, Zambia, Tanzania, Kenya.
