Smart & Connective is an innovative BMS Light that responds to the urgent demand for energy renovation in French commercial buildings subject to the Tertiary and BACS decrees. Based on IoT technology, it allows to control energy-consuming devices in the building and at room level, as well as to improve the regulation of heating and cooling systems. Thanks to efficient energy saving scenarios, the results are immediate!
Without any work and eligible for CEE, this BMS is easy to install (no code, interoperability with the existing system...) and easy to use (turnkey solution, from hardware to Saas).
