Skop is a digital tool to ease and organise circular economy in the construction and real-estate fields.
About
Skop is an ergonomic and complet digital tool to support the transition of the construction industry towards a circular economy. It allows inventorying, managing, and sharing resources in order to organize players around resources flows.
- The first solution helps workers on the site and ensures reliable data collection through image recognition. Then it allows to orient to the best waste management (reuse, refurbishing, recycling) and automatically sharing through catalogs and shops.
- In the continuity of this tool, we are winners of the Ville de Paris competition - Innovation Resilience with whom we are developing an internal resources manager for real estate asset managers, which allows gathering diagnostics to optimize resources by reusing or refurbishing them through local actors before reinjecting them into their asset.
Finally, we are incubated at CSTB to improve our automation tools dedicated to reuse and use a national building database to anticipate available materials on real-estate or territories under renovation.
