Loadbearing panels are 100% biosourced, energy-efficient, durable, fire-resistant, low-cost & easy to assemble.

The manufacturing process of blocks is performed in factory conditions, where our engineers and specialists carefully monitor each step – from the quality of the supplied raw materials, to the blocks geometry. Panels are made with 100% biosourced renewable materials : highly compressed straw, wood and clay. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Houses built with Rainbow Ecosystem blocks have many advantages: Saving energy costs and reducing electricity bills in comparison with non-passive buildings, Rainbow Ecosystem passive buildings consume up to 15 kWh / m2 per year (the energy consumption of a traditional house is 100-120 kWh / m2 per year). Green Manufacturing Process

Description
To build smarter in a responsible manner, respecting the natural resources while providing affordable housing solutions

Product of GMP are biosourced loadbearing panels. They are versatile and are engineered to be used as walls, floors, ceilings or roof. It means that one production unit (GMP) can manufacture a full house. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We reduce the use of resources: To build 100m2 our GMP (Green Manufacturing Process) requires 500 liters of non-drinkable water. Cement requires 100 tons of water. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Producing 1 ton of cement generates 900 kilos of CO2 while with our loadbearing biosourced panels we use natural waste and agri by-products (straw) that encaptures CO2. A house built with our panels encaptures and saves 60 tons of CO2 in comparison to the same house built with cement. Using renewable natural materials improves indoor air quality, no VOC from chemically made products. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The GMP is mobile and can easily be locally implemented where there is a need for affordable quality housing. Our technology is transferable and is designed to be shared by others, to create local skilled jobs and increase revenue for local suppliers of raw materials (straw, wood, clay). Our technology allows to narrow the housing-affordability gap by 20 to 40 percent.
