Prevcarb is a vegetal-based chemistry startup, we are developing a new lignocellulosic organosolv biorefining process that allows biomass to be fractionated and its three constituents to be separated: lignin, cellulose and hemicellulose. These are platform molecules that can replace currently petroleum-based molecules for high added value functionalities (surfactants, antioxidants) primarily intended for cosmetics, materials and agriculture industries.
