About
Planetary is the bioeconomy’s industrial production backbone: We build, own, and operate a global network of fermentation facilities to facilitate the production of sustainable bio-based products such as foods and materials at commercial scale. We are commercializing our proprietary BioBlocks™ fermentation platform, which delivers bioprocess innovation such as AI-coupled monitoring and control systems with large-scale production to a wide range of customers. What’s more, Planetary is actively partnering with the sugar industry to offer symbiotic valorization opportunities to their production streams. By leveraging advances in the BioBlocks™ platform, Planetary has developed a flexible bioprocess to turn low-value side-streams into high-value bio-based products such as mycoprotein.
