About

Moreloop operates by buying waste virgin fabrics from partner garment factories, and reselling them to be repurposed by our customers. Since its establishment, moreloop has upcycled 84,000 yards of fabric into more than 125,000 pieces of products, preventing over 420,000 kg of CO2 emission. Moreloop has 3 core business strategies: selling surplus fabrics to fashion designers and small- medium enterprises, repurposing them as products for corporations, and creating our own products for consumers. Our methodologies prevent additional CO2 footprint throughout the value chain, as well as help SMEs and designers obtain quality materials at a lower price and smaller minimum order quantity. Repurposing dead stock fabric is not new to the Thai market, but most sellers lack databases for customers to easily access fabric specifications: those with detailed databases only trade in newly produced fabrics. Moreloop therefore wishes to bridge the ease of one-stop online customer service with a well-curated database of surplus fabrics. With the global fashion industry projected to consume resources equivalent of two Earths by 2030, moreloop’s circular solution is not only a sustainable answer to reducing waste, but also an opportunity for new players to join the fashion industry with a reduced initial investment and carbon footprint. We hope our sustainable model will incentivize others to join the waste upcycling industry as we work towards our mission to make circular economy a reality.
