iQspot collects buildings’ energy consumption data. Automatically, continuously and in real time. And that changes everything :
1. Landlords, Real Estate Investors, Asset Managers and/or their services providers (e.g. Property or Facility Managers) are alerted immediately of any consumption irregularities, and can act without delay.
2. They can measure the actual impact of actions taken to improve energy efficiency of their buildings (improvement work, fine adjustments, behaviour changes…).
3. They have access to reliable indicators for all their energy and environmental reporting needs (CSR reports, environmental labels, green/ecological appendices, EPC, etc.).
4. They improve the energy performance of their buildings, better control their costs, and make it valuable to their tenants. Their property assets become more attractive.
