About
The Haute Ecole Arc Ingénierie is the engineering school of the Swiss Jura region. It is member of the University of Applied Sciences Western Switzerland (HES-SO). Our main missions consist in educating engineers and working with the industry in the field of applied research and development.
We deliver the Bachelor of Science HES-SO in four disciplines: Microengineering (Watchmaking Engineering; Microtechnologies and Electronics), Industrial Design Engineering (Mechanical Systems Design; Ergonomics and Design), Industrial Engineering and Management (Industrial Process Engineering), Computer Science and Communications Systems (Software Engineering; Embedded Software; Data Engineering).
In the field of applied research and development, we have 11 research groups: User-Centered Product Design, Production Equipment Design, Lean and Industrial Processes, Metrology & Industrial Vision, Watch and Precision Engineering, Medical Devices, Surface Engineering, Embedded-Computing Systems, Interaction Technologies, Data Analytics, Image Processing & Computer Graphics.
