H2oVortex’s Industrial Vortex Generator for Cooling Towers (IVG-CT) is a non-intrusive, plug & play water treatment solution that substantially reduces water and energy consumption, eliminates all chemical usage, and reduces equipment maintenance. Installed in over 160 sites globally with major corporations, the IVG-CT enables up to 50% water savings, 8% energy savings, and up to 95% water reuse from blowdown. The vortex-induced cavitation process naturally controls scaling, biofilm, and corrosion — without chemicals. The solution is fully industry agnostic and water quality agnostic, making it suitable across sectors and geographies. With an ROI typically below 3 years, it supports CSRD compliance, enhances sustainability KPIs, and builds long-term operational resilience.
