About

Our innovation is a smart stove that uses sensors for safety and efficiency. The smart gas cooker design is in simple terms a stove that uses methane gas to produce a flame and heat for cooking food efficiently. Design, Parameters and Features The design is smart gas cooker; this uses Biogas which is produced from Biomass as a charcoal/ energy alternative. Biogas is generated when bacteria degrade biological material in the absence of oxygen, in a process known as anaerobic digestion. Since biogas is a mixture of methane (also known as marsh gas or natural gas, CH4) and carbon dioxide it is a renewable fuel produced from waste treatment. The smart gas cooker is a stove that uses methane gas to produce a flame and heat for cooking food efficiently. Apart from the cooking function, the smart gas cooker is incorporated with state of the art sensors, these sensors are controlled by a microchip and also a mobile application which connects our information systems to our products using a concept known as Internet of Things (IoT) which is a system of interrelated computing devices, mechanical and digital machines, that are provided with unique identifiers and the ability to transfer data over a network without requiring human-to-human or human-to-computer interaction. The product is unique in design. It is innovative and uses state of the art technology yet at the same time it is very simple in design and portable. Its size makes packaging and transporting very easy thus lowering costs. The smart gas cooker is innovative in both its design and features because it uses methane gas that company is producing from animal manure and it is equipped with sensors. The sensors are the there to measure the heat, gas output, volume of the gas within the cylinder and also monitor how the cooker is working. The sensors make the cooker smart because it uses information technology to communicate with the company`s information systems and data is stored in our data base for quality control and improvement. The sensors are able to indicate if a customer is running out of gas thus enabling the sales department to quickly get in contact with the customer and make a refill order for the customer. The product is light weight and portable in design, this will not only make its transportation easier but increase the range of potential customers for the product. It can be used by the company`s ideal customers who are middle income households, and it can also be marketed to people looking for outdoor cookers for camping or outdoor events.
