Fresh.Land brings an innovative and disruptive model to the food industry. Our digital platform shortens the journey from farm to table by connecting farmers, logistic partners and consumers in the EU in one integrated solution.
With our just-in-time model, instead of months, it takes just a few days from harvest to delivery. By cutting out 3-4 middlemen, farmers secure 20-40% more value, consumers get fresher, tastier products, and the environmental footprint is reduced. Fresh.Land is a female-led startup with 20 employees in 3 countries and headquarters in Copenhagen. Our initial segment was B2B clients (supermarkets and catering companies). In 2019, we successfully pivoted to B2C (direct to consumers). The company has been bootstrapped and profitable since inception.

The Solar Impulse Efficient Solution label seeks to bridge the gap between ecology and economy, bringing together protection of the environment and financial viability to show that these solutions are not expensive fixes to problems, but rather opportunities for clean economic growth.
