The energy sector is under change. Distributed generation is no longer an idea, it is already cost competitive using photovoltaic on roofs. Storage is also coming with determination to completely redefine the energy market. This market has always been very fragmented, being small installers the predominant players. Selling small volumes might be easy to get under control, but when we are talking about big volumes is when it gets challenging to be profitable and scalable. Our mission is to help companies, with the ambition of leading the residential and small commercial segment of the solar market, succeed through technology and operational excellence. We have more than 12 years experience in the solar market, providing us the knowledge to create a selling process for solar installations, that ensure the efficiency/profitability when selling big volumes. During the last 5 years, we have been developing a technological platform that allow companies to follow this process efficiently. We have to make solar accessible to everyone, making the process of selling, buying and installing solar much more simple. Through our defined process and using our technological platform, we simplify this whole process, improving mainly 4 areas: - Reducing the customer acquisition cost - Allowing anyone (without technical background) to sell or buy a photovoltaic installation... anywhere - Interconnecting everyone involved in the value chain to reduce overhead costs (energy advisors, sales representatives, installers, distributors, etc.) - Creating engagement with the end customer during sales and during the after sales, being the door to cross-sell and up-sell other energy products (home energy efficiency systems). Our technological platform is based on a successful business model. We proposed a new model for companies who want to make business efficiently in the residential and commercial solar segment. We have digitalised the whole process making it much faster, easier and cost-effective.
