About
ExerGo provides an efficient and compact district heating and cooling network infrastructure solution, the CO2 network system. This EPFL patented technology supports utilities, cities and businesses to accelerate their energy transition.
The system harnesses renewable resources and waste heat and supplies large buildings and processes with renewable, affordable, and efficient heating and cooling.
An outstanding infrastructure compacity and flexibility are generated by using CO₂ as energy carrier in a closed circuit. This allows to deploy large thermal network capacities faster and at a reduced cost.
Compared to traditional fossil-fuel based systems for heaeting and cooling.
CO2 networks can be integrated with existing systems or best available water-based district energy technologies.
ExerGo is today showcasing CO2 networks with early adopters, showing outstanding techno-economic performances in multiple environments.

The Solar Impulse Efficient Solution label seeks to bridge the gap between ecology and economy, bringing together protection of the environment and financial viability to show that these solutions are not expensive fixes to problems, but rather opportunities for clean economic growth.
