About

ER LAB is a next-gen material company, providing a high-quality portfolio of new materials crafted from marine biomass and marine litter: a leather alternative and an ocean rubber. We repurpose elements that would otherwise be considered waste, while at the same time contributing to the ocean clean-up. Our journey began with the CEO Eugène Riconneaus, former creative director born on the ocean, who started experimenting with marine waste in his designs. Our main ingredients - Invasive seaweed and seafood waste - allow us to create versatile materials, suited for several applications, from bags to car seats. As worldwide legislation and consumer behaviors shift towards sustainable products, ER LAB answers the need for low-impact alternatives to traditional, high-polluting materials. We're ready to seize this opportunity with our development of new solutions, patents and strong branding. Our scalability is backed by a robust supply of key ingredients.
