Waste is not waste until you waste it - Breer is a food upcycling startup that collects unsold, uneaten, surplus bread and uses it to brew local craft beer - from pineapple bun beers, hibiscus sours, pizza crust beer, coffee stouts to white bread beers - you name it, we brew it!
