BEMOSS™-plus is a software platform for building energy management offered by BEM Controls. It can control HVAC, lighting and plug load controllers in buildings, as well as obtain readings from sensors and power meters. Additionally, BEMOSS™-plus can communicate with building security systems, rooftop solar PV, energy storage units, gas and water flow meters in the building. BEMOSS™-plus allows buildings to be grid-interactive and can facilitate participation in demand response programs and frequency regulation services.
