About
Parking Energy provides electric vehicle charging to apartment buildings, office buildings and other large parking. We do cost efficient cabling system to all parking spaces, and then the users of the parking spaces can add a charging station for their vehicle at low monthly fee. The system is turn-key to the property owner, and includes load management, energy management, metering, invoicing, maintenance. The model is partnership based. Both users and real estate owners love the service, with 11-17% month-on-month growth rates since launching the service in early 2017.
