AgriProtein is a world-leading nutrient recycling company which has commercialised black soldier fly technology to convert food waste into sustainable complete protein and oil for the animal feed industry, and organic soil conditioner.
AgriProtein are experts in the application of insect protein in animal feeds and are focused on animal welfare and research science. AgriProtein has been developing its insect-based technology since 2008, and in 2016, the world’s first industrial scale insect recycling site opened in Cape Town.
