In 2021, Adeo & the Solar Impulse Foundation joined forces to identify home solutions with a positive impact on the environment. Last year, more than 50 innovators presented their solutions to Adeo business units from around the world. Since then, this challenge has already allowed about 20 of these solutions to be commercialized in the 900+ Adeo stores around the world, including Leroy Merlin, among them Nature Protect® Syntilor, Dulux
Easycare+ Scuff Resist Technology, Wirquin Neo Air, LED Bulb for Household use, Circular Grab Adhesive, Tile'Up, ISOVER bio-based glass wool insulation, SOPRA XPS, Eco Mallas by Ecoceramic, and FIS V Zero.
Based on the success of 2021, we are re-launching the Challenge for 2022. Through a call for innovation from the Solar Impulse network, Adeo suppliers and to all innovators offering a solution with a positive impact for our homes the commitment is to support all selected initiatives either to accelerate their development or to foster their commercialisation through the Adeo stores and their websites.
