I am not the IP owner of the Solution, can I still apply for the Label?
Yes. If you do not DIRECTLY own the IP of the Solution (e.g. collaborators, partners, licensee, clients …) you must send this form to the Solution's IP owner (to complete and sign) and obtain the “permission” to submit the application.
