After asking the questions in the chatbox, do I need to wait for the innovator’s response?

Yes, we would like for you to wait the Innovator’s response before re-submitting your assessment. The Innovator will receive an automated email notification with a request to take action and respond in the chatbox. We encourage the Innovator to answer within 1-3 days, however, please notice that we allow up to 7 days (maximum) for him/her to respond to your questions. You will be informed by an automated email when the response arrives, however if you wish to contact us to receive further updates, or if you have been waiting longer than 7 days, drop us an email at the following address expert@solarimpulse.com.
