There are several sections that are mandatory to consider the Compliance Form complete and accurate. Among these sections, you must include, for all shareholders with more than 25% shareholding within the company associated with the Solution the following information: (1) For individual shareholders: name, surname, country of residence, and function in the entity (additional information such as date of birth, country of birth, or more, are optional but can be required in some specific cases). (2) For shareholders which are "Entities": legal entity name, the country of incorporation, the legal address, and the website (if applicable). In case no shareholder holds more than 25% of the company, information is required for the largest shareholder of the company.
