Zengoh helps organizations, teams and individuals to develop. Our customers are very different, but they all want to create, grow or transform. We support their organizational and human development: - We work on the internal dimensions of an organization: its identity (vision, values, culture... ), its intentions (positioning, strategy... ), its structure (organization design, roles and responsibilities, processes... ), the energy that drives them (motivation, human dynamics, change management... ), their way of understanding the world and adapting to it. - At the same time, we look at how to do and how to be ( concrete actions / intangible human dimension). One cannot exist without the other if we want sustainable development. - To achieve this, we combine different approaches: consulting, coaching, training and facilitation. Organizational health is perhaps the best word to describe our business.
