The idea of WAISENSE was born in 2013, as a spin-off of the University of Malaga, which awards its business model as a developer of innovative products. The first great product of WAISENSE technology was the water saving device, which avoids wasting cold water while waiting for hot water to arrive.
WAISENSE brands for internationally patented, eco-efficient and innovative solutions to improve the water efficiency of plumbing installations with various applications in addition to hot water recirculation: detection of leaks or the risk of pipes freezing, intelligent irrigation, and other functions. We are developers, manufacturers and marketers of WAISENSE technology, which generates a reduction of costs in projects and installations, an improvement in the quality of life of users and customer service and an increase in property value, among other advantages for the SmartHome and SmartCity segments.
