Without using chemicals or plastic. Due to the special surface finish, the residues can be easily wound up on the rod and also adhere securely in its grooves when pulled out. The spiral-shaped beechwood rod protects the environment with its pollutant-free drain cleaning. TwistOut offers a sustainable alternative to harmful pipe cleaners and is an innovative and simple problem solver for every household, everywhere! THE APPLICATION The TwistOut is inserted into the drain with the pointed side and manually turned on its own axis. The residues wind up on the rod and remain securely in its grooves when pulled out. The used TwistOut can be disposed of in compost or household waste. Cleaning takes place without touching the residues, which is an important hygienic aspect for third-party cleaning. A clogged shower drain changed my whole life. The products on the market couldn't solve my problem properly, nor could they convince me as a housewife. I believed that had to work better. The search for a simple and functional solution gave me the idea of the spiral-shaped corkscrew wooden rod. I applied for the patent and launched TwistOut in April 2017 on the market. Since then, over 3 million TwistOut drain rods have been produced. They are currently available in 6 countries and in over 4000 shops in Europe.
