We sell keys on hand plants for the cultivation of monocellar algae in a closed circuit, like Spirulina, astaxanthin, Omega 3, Chlorella, or any other algal strain. For the solutions we will present only Algamoil, composed by 50% of lipids and part of the family of Chlorella. The plant which will host the photobiorecatos shall be preferably a greenhouse, thus we need a huge quantity of CO2, 10.000 tonnes/hectare/year, to force the chlorophyll synthase inside them, autotrophic phase, with or without LED light, it depends on the solar radiation. After this step which last one day and the photobioreactors empy every night, we will feed the algae inside a fermentor to develop their biomass, heterotrophic phase. This process last four days and the nutriments are, for example, cattle or chicken manure, digestat, residuals from wineries, breweries, dairies, etc., but certainly not human waste or pork manure. We need between 10.000 t/y and 15.000 t/y of nutriments, the difference is about the quality of them. At the end we will receive 50% of pure vegetal oil of third generation, once refined it will become biodiesel, bioethanol, biokerosene. The other 50% is a dry leftover which can be used as nutriment for the fish farming, livestock, etc., as a fertilizer or employed in a biogas to produce biomethane. Could be also used as raw material for the production of bioplastic even biocompostable.
