About

Pyropower is a startup from the Delft University of Technology, with key members from Wageningen University. Together, the mission is to reduce the impact of waste, facilitate sustainable food and material production and unleash the full potential of bioenergy. The core technology is a modular, decentralized slow pyrolysis and (thermocatalytic reaction) system that manages organic waste, produce clean heating to reduce reliance on natural gas and biochar, used in agriculture, filler for sustainable products and bio-composites and an important method to sequester carbon.
