About
Propulsoft has been developed during the last 10 years producing digital solutions in its two offices: Montreal and Mexico. A few months ago, as a result of an alliance with a Canadian transport consultancy specialists, we started developing our "Solar Census Net (SCN)". Our development is an innovation that, using solar energy, is capable of measuring the traffic of people and vehicles; SCN can also measure noise and other environmental factors. It is the first autonomous multi-purpose solar instrument.
