One Concept Marine provides sustainable and innovative solutions for marinas, waterfronts, and nautical bases. Combining engineering, design, and strategic consulting, the company supports the ecological transition of port infrastructures. Our first solution, the Meltem floating dock, integrates solar energy production, rainwater harvesting and treatment systems, and artificial habitats to support marine biodiversity. Designed to multiply positive impacts on an already artificial space, the Meltem floating dock is a resilient, autonomous, and modular infrastructure. One Concept Marine also assists ports in defining sustainable development strategies adapted to their specific needs and ambitions. The company’s integrated approach offers tangible benefits: energy savings, resource optimization, regulatory compliance, and enhanced user experience. Based in France, One Concept Marine aims to expand its impact across Europe and internationally.
