Founded in 2010, Nereid’s ambition was to supply freshwater to marginal communities through desalination. However, throughout the company’s evolution and the rise of new global challenges, our commitment to sustainable development has led us to address the major concern of water and food security. Our Climate-Smart Agriculture concept consists in an autonomous system to produce water, biofertilizers and food in a circular and eco-friendly way. Its modularity and versatility facilitate the adaptation of the project to local conditions and constraints, fostering synergies and potential partnerships or creation of clusters.
