The R6 eco-engine (rotary 6 phase) is a 21st century breakthrough in engine design and an enabling technology for rapid global dominance of plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs) for land, air and sea, without compromise to the customer on cost, range or charging infrastructure. Half the size, weight and cost of a diesel piston engine, the R6 eco-engine and electric motor system fits into standard engine bays, reducing average fuel costs and CO2 emissions by 60%.
