Waste of Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) is an emerging major global threat for our health, environment and climate. The WEEECAM project will set up in Cameroon the first large-scale WEEE recycling activity in Africa. Its success will demonstrate the huge potential of sustainable e-waste recycling for the continent and foster the activity's replication in up to 139 develpping countries.
