InnovoPro is a functional B2B ingredient company that specializes in the concentration of protein from chickpea to increase nutrition and remove unwanted food additives. The company was founded in 2018 from a research & development effort at Hebrew University in Jerusalem. In 2020, the company launched its first product, a protein concentrate, that can be utilized across a breadth of products to increase protein without negatively impacting taste or texture. In subsequent years, the company launched revolutionary new ingredients intended to solve complex formulation challenges such as egg reduction and emulsifier replacement. Today, the company has over 40 companies across the world producing at large-scale.
