In-plant manufacturing optimizes the energy performance of buildings, up to the passive house standard.
Our construction modules are re-locatable and/or recyclable. Most of their components can be recycled in a short circuit.
The implementation of Lean Manufacturing avoids all waste, particularly in terms of rationalizing the quantity of raw materials used and travel.
Icontech® is aimed at builders, developers, architects and design offices. We manufacture our building modules in-house to an advanced level of finish, and offer our customers on-site technical support to facilitate and rationalize building assembly time. Bathrooms, kitchens, special techniques and the majority of finishes are produced and tested before leaving the factory, leading to rapid, error-free "Plug and Play" assembly on site.
