We develop living and working spaces that are completely autonomous in terms of water and energy from land networks, which limit the artificialization of soils to 100%. Our homes are durable, and every part of them is identified so they can be easily changed in the event of breakage or wear. We only work with recyclable and quality materials and pay particular attention to the carbon balance of each house, which must be neutral. We want to develop these accommodation solutions for students, people in difficulty as well as anyone who wants to live in a minimalist and environmentally responsible way without depriving themselves of the comfort of modern life. We plan to industrialize the production process to lower costs and offer an accessible house, between € 30,000 for students (and setting up campuses in partnership with communities) and € 50,000 for a private main residence. Our factory will be built according to the highest environmental standards, and just like our houses, completely autonomous in energy. The research and development of the project is carried out jointly with the University of Porto (INEGI) and we expect significant support from the European Commission within the framework of Portugal2020 for the construction of our new production site. Our financial projections are available on request. We are starting the pre-order process very soon, as soon as our website is finished.
