Grino invented a new battery-free solar-based desalination. Our smart control system automatically follows the solar curve, and manages the operation of the Borehole pump, Feeds Pump, and High pressure. The speed of pumps varies regarding the fluctuation of solar power. This dynamic operation minimizes energy losses and increases efficiency. Applying a battery is the traditional solution to compensate for these fluctuations. The operation of the system in constant condition initiates the system only work for limited hours per day when PV power is equal to the nominal required power. Instead of harmful fossil fuels, or a combination of PV panels and destructive batteries, Grino applies an innovative solution to combine only two abundant resources and provide high-quality water with minimum maintenance. Our island solution works for 15 years with the lowest maintenance cost. Grino is a proactive step forward in tackling water scarcity.
