A free app which guides cyclists on safer routes, helps them track their statistics, and allows them to share reports.
Our free app was initially developed to provide a reliable navigation solution for cyclists. After 3 years of R&D, we came up with a multicriteria algorithm, entirely designed for bike usage, that can find the most adapted routes between two points. When using the app, you will often be able to chose between several options, ranging from the shortest to the safest, depending on what you actually prefer. Our strength is also that we use Open Street Map, which is the best data source for cycling infrastructures, and that our users can help us improve this database by letting us know when something needs to be added to the map. This community feature is also being used to share reports: potholes, dangerous roads... In addition to this navigation tool, we integrate other services such as finding the nearest spot to park your bike, or the nearest bike sharing station, tracking your personal statistics, discovering touristic routes, taking part in public or private challenges... The app is now being used every month by around150k users, and has been downloaded more than 350k times!
An analytical dashboard allowing cities to better understand the way cyclists move in their streets.
Thanks to the many users we have on our app, we can provide a lot of insights to cities about the way cyclists behave in their streets, and what needs to be improved for them to feel safer. Our dashboard will for example integrate: - the reports which are being shared by our users when they spot something dangerous for cyclists in the street - a heatmap showing what are the streets which receive the heaviest cyclist trafic, and the streets which are being avoided - the average speed for every streets, which will be displayed on a map, which gives a good indication about how easy it is to cycle in this street. - the road condition of each street, which is automatically detected thanks to the vibrations measured with our users' smartphones - the dangerous intersections, on which we detect a lot of emergency brakings by our users - an analysis to linkg origin and destination, for the city to better understand the mobility patterns of the cyclists moving in their streets
We provide an API which allows any mobility operators, or app builders, to use our expertise and directly integrate our navigation algorithm in their solution (website, app...). We are already working with Keolis, RATP, JC Decaux, Vélib...
