Claranor designs in-line packaging sterilization solutions using pulsed light technology. Claranor is the pioneer of pulsed light sterilization. Suitable for the beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical industries it allows the sterilization of closure, preform neck, cup, lid, nest ... Pulsed Light uses the germicidal effect of short duration pulses of intense broad spectrum white light, rich in UVC. It is a valuable cleantech alternative to conventional packaging sterilization methods: chemical or irradiation; it offers similar level of decontamination on surface but without the drawbacks. Allowing substantial savings, Claranor pulsed light sterilization simplifies the production process while preserving the natural resources and thus reducing ecological footprint. Today, 300 units are in operation worldwide and Claranor solutions are already recognized by major OEMs and producers all over the world.
