What is Project : Capriole?
It is a feasibility-driven project with great scaling possibility aiming to work with coffee waste and being part of the circular economy.
We have solved the problem of how to give coffee waste an extended life, using an industrial symbiosis and a return-scheme - with a huge scaling potential.
One of the main challenges when working with environmentally friendly products is that change in behaviour is required by the consumer - we believe to have come a long way in solving that piece of the puzzle.
