About

The BAT'IPAC project aims to promote sustainable building and eco-construction, based on a disruptive collaborative economic model that combines industry, environmental preservation, and support for local economies through the relocation of jobs. BAT'IPAC is developing a range of building materials called IPAC® dedicated to building envelopes, produced locally with inclusive employment structures, from recycled cardboard and 100% recyclable in short supply chains. IPAC® comes in the form of a self-supporting panel of variable thickness depending on its use, which adapts to all types of architecture, whether new or renovated, and offers excellent thermal, acoustic, and mechanical performance. IPAC® can be used both as a building envelope and as insulation. This low-carbon material has a low environmental impact and requires little energy, water, and no sand during its manufacture. Safe for health, IPAC® represents a sustainable bio-based alternative to conventional construction systems
