About

l'aérOnde is a new-generation electrically powered airship. It is designed to perform operations for an entire day, even in stationary position, using very little energy and without causing any disturbance. Filled with 400 m³ of helium, l'aérOnde can carry two people plus equipment. With its toroidal (donut-shaped) design and a system of three electric thrusters, it has a unique ability to move in all directions. It flies smoothly and emits no noise, wind, or pollutants. l'aérOnde exists and flies! l'aérOnde business is focussed on aerial work, inspection, agriculture, and radio relays. It started commercial operations in September 2024 by performing its first electric line inspection and exciting leisure flights. l'aérOnde participated in its first air show during the Coupe Icare 2024. In June 2024, the French Civil Aviation Authority (DGAC) granted us the certificates for the production and operation of l'aérOnde (ultralight aviation, class 5 regulations).
