SOP® LAGOON is a powdered additive for the treatment of the liquid manure of dairy cows. It is used at 2 grams per cow (0.07 oz per cow), per week, making it very practical and simplifying the logistics for farmers.The application of the product can reduce the emissions of Methane up to 23%, of CO2 up to 22%, Nitrous Oxide up to 100% and ammonia up to 100%. The ammonia reduction that can be achieved in barns with slatted floors does not only constitute an improvement for the health of the animals, but also for the working conditions and health of the operators. It also helps the farmers with the management of liquid manure, dissolving any crusts or sediment, keeping it fluid and reducing/eliminating the need for agitators.
